SERVICE SCOPE

AI Software Deployment and Application Training Services

For purchased, custom-built or planned AI software, ASWORK first reviews servers, networks, operating systems, accounts, data and license conditions. The work can then cover local, cloud or private deployment, base configuration, testing, documentation and training. Deployment scope, third-party licenses, hardware resources and ongoing operations are confirmed separately.

SERVICE FACTS

How ASWORK delivers AI Software Deployment and Application Training Services

For purchased, custom-built or planned AI software, ASWORK first reviews servers, networks, operating systems, accounts, data and license conditions. The work can then cover local, cloud or private deployment, base configuration, testing, documentation and training. Deployment scope, third-party licenses, hardware resources and ongoing operations are confirmed separately.

Before work starts, the parties confirm suitable scenarios, required client inputs, where AI is used, delivery stages, acceptance checkpoints and scope boundaries. The resulting scope is executable, testable and suitable for handover.

WHEN IT FITS

Suitable scenarios

  • Purchased or custom-built AI software needs to be deployed locally, in the cloud or in a private environment.
  • Software is installed but models, APIs, permissions, knowledge materials or business-system links remain incomplete.
  • Administrators, technical staff and business users need role-specific operation, maintenance and issue-handling training.

CLIENT INPUTS

Information needed before scope confirmation

  • Software name, version, license files, installation materials and proof of authorized use.
  • Servers, network, operating system, domain, certificates, accounts and security requirements.
  • Models, APIs, data, knowledge materials and existing interfaces to configure.
  • Trainee roles, target tasks, training environment and acceptance-operation checklist.

AI VALUE

Where AI can participate in this service

Deployment is not complete at installation. The environment, dependencies, permissions, models and data must be configured, and named users should be able to complete representative tasks and report issues by following the delivered materials.

01

Configure models, APIs, knowledge, prompts, permissions or workflows and record versions and parameters.

02

Use representative tasks to check functions, interfaces, permissions, logs and error messages under launch conditions.

03

Separate administrator, technical and business-user training with operation guides and practice tasks.

DELIVERY PROCESS

From feasibility to handover

  1. 01

Verify licenses, target environment, resources, network and security prerequisites.

  2. 02

Install and configure dependencies, accounts, permissions, model APIs and base data.

  3. 03

Run functional, interface, permission, logging and required launch tests.

  4. 04

Prepare administrator and user materials and conduct role-based training.

  5. 05

Record acceptance, known issues, recovery methods and post-delivery support boundaries.

ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance checkpoints

  • Software starts, is accessible and passes core function or interface tests in the agreed environment.
  • Versions, dependencies, accounts, permissions, configurations and issue records are traceable.
  • Named users can complete agreed representative operations by following the training steps.
  • Deployment documents, user instructions, training materials and support boundaries are handed over.

BOUNDARIES

Scope boundaries

  • Servers, GPUs, cloud resources, commercial licenses, model usage and network services are not included in the deployment fee by default.
  • The client must ensure lawful rights to software, accounts, models, data and materials.
  • Training covers the agreed software operation and maintenance; it does not guarantee business outcomes, examination results or personnel certification.
  • Software customization, ongoing operations, upgrades and adaptation after client-environment changes require separate assessment.

FAQ

Questions about this service

What types of AI software can ASWORK deploy?

ASWORK can assess purchased commercial software, properly licensed open-source software, client-built systems and software delivered by ASWORK. Deployability depends on license terms, installation materials, system compatibility and the target environment.

Are local, cloud and private deployments supported?

These routes can be assessed against data security, network, compute, licensing and operations conditions. Required servers, accounts, networking and maintenance responsibilities are listed before implementation.

Are servers, GPUs, cloud resources and software licenses included?

Not by default. Hardware, cloud resources, commercial licenses, model usage and network services are procured or provided according to a separately confirmed project list.

Who can receive the training?

Training can be separated for administrators, technical maintainers and business users, covering permissions, daily operations, common issues, data or knowledge updates, log review and fault reporting. Duration and format depend on the agreed use scope.

How is a deployment and training project accepted?

Acceptance normally checks that the software starts and is accessible in the agreed environment, core functions or interfaces pass tests, permissions match the agreement, documents are handed over, and named users can complete representative operations by following the training steps.

Is long-term operation included after deployment?

Observation periods, incident support, version upgrades, data maintenance and ongoing operations are agreed separately. Third-party software changes, client-environment changes and new functions are not included in the initial deployment scope by default.

START WITH A TECHNICAL JUDGMENT

Not sure whether the project should use AI?

Describe the business problem, current workflow and available conditions. ASWORK can first judge the technical route and validation scope.
